When I learned about affirmations, it just made so much sense to me
Our subconscious is wired from our early years and then it stays that way throughout our life.
Whatever was imputed will be output by our daily thoughts.
Our thoughts create our emotions. And our emotions create our reality.
The heart and mind vibrate outwards and we receive back, our thoughts in concrete form.

There are always places for improvement in our lives. The easiest and most effective way to do it is with daily affirmations.
I do this, morning, afternoon and at night before bed.
This practice rewires the subconscious and automatically allows new thoughts and emotions to flow in, receiving back a new reality in concrete form.

This practice needs to be embedded into your every day. It will literally change your life.
The way this journal should be used:
Everyday write down your hopes in dreams in present form and verbally say the affirmation on that days page.

You will be infused with gratitude and confidence and ultimately love.
