Charm Topper - 18 to 20mm  -  FITS MAX 8mm POST PAD only

Middle Peice  - 20mm  to 25mm at Widest

Bottom Part  -  30mm Tall

 My personal preference is 10mm on linking parts over 15mm  as it allows for more movement and takes into consideration multiple ear lobe sizes - 8mm are perfectly fine  - just 10mm is MY fave - that's all : )
